This is a pin with a siver oxidized metal attached to it of St. Jude- Patron Saint of Impossible Causes. I also have this medal available by itself @ a price of $2.50 without a chain. On the back of the medal it reads: pray for us. A MUST HAVE FOR THOSE WITH WHAT SEEMS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE PROBLEMS!
